The Profit Driven Reliability Model  was developed within EXTEND and requires it to run.  Either alone will not give you the capabilities delivered by both

Can I transfer or share my Profit Driven Reliability Model?

The Profit Driven Reliability Model is only licensed to the individual purchasing the model.  It may not be transferred or shared.

Which EXTEND license do I need?

Profit Driven Reliability Models will run with the Free Player version and the $95 Runtime license.  The $95 Runtime license will allow you to print and save models.  The free player version will not.

How do I get an EXTEND license?

The demo version of Profit Driven Reliability Model is distributed with a Player license, but the regular version is not.  (The makers of EXTEND do not allow distributing free licenses with purchased products, such as the Profit Driven Reliability Model .)

What is your return or refund policy?

We do not accept returns or make refunds. With the Demo and on-line training library, you should be able to evaluate the Model before purchasing.

Does the Profit Driven Reliability Model price include user support?

No, at this price it does not include user support; however, the on line video training library should address your questions. If you feel that you have an issue that is not addressed by the videos or this FAQ, please send me e-mail explaining the issue.  

Finally, I do provide on-site training and consulting services to assist you in using the model.  Contact me for pricing information.

Will you input my data into a Profit Driven Reliability Model?

Yes we can.  Our service offering includes creating reliability model input from your raw data, training you in the initial reliability model use, and providing support during its initial use.  You can find more details about this service option here.

Yes, the spreadsheet structure and formatting is necessary.  You can download another copy of the spreadsheet by clicking here (right mouse click and select save target as)

When I View Output in the model, sometime the output area is blank.  Is something wrong?

No, Nothing is wrong.  You need to scroll up to where the output is.  To the right of the viewing area, you will find a scroll bar.  Just drag the scroll bar to the top of the viewing area.
