RonaMax offers the following products and services.
 | Profit Driven Reliability Model without data:
We sell
Reliability Models without site-specific data. You input your site data,
run the model, and perform the reliability analysis. To support you, we
have a free on-line video training library that shows how to use a Profit
Driven Reliability Model plus email support for general questions about model
use. Additional user support is available for a fee (see below).
Pricing for the Profit Driven Reliability Models range between $100 to over
$1000. More information about the types and pricing for the Profit
Driven Reliability Models can be found

 | Profit Driven Reliability Models complete with
your data: We
will create model input from your raw data. You will receive a Profit
Driven Reliability Model of your system ready for use. The cost for
for this is $3000 per operating area plus the cost of the Profit Driven
Reliability Model (see above).1

 | On-site training:
We provide customized 1 to
5 day on-site workshops to train you in basic reliability concepts, creating
Profit Driven Reliability Model input from raw data, and performing a
reliability analysis with the Profit Driven Reliability Model. Price per
on-site training day is $3000.1
Occasionally, I offer public
workshops. If you wish to be notified when new public workshops are
scheduled please register. |
 | User Support: The price for the Profit Driven
Reliability Models includes access to on-line training and
e-mail support for general questions about the use of the model. It does not
include site-specific user support or consulting about
basic reliability concepts. We charge for those services.

 | Analysis Services: We offer different
types of analysis services including
 | Project Design Analysis: Predicting the probability that a design
will meet throughput and customer service needs in the real world where random yield
losses, off-spec production, equipment failures, product mix variability, and human errors
do occur. |
 | Asset Management Analysis (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability Analysis, or RAM analysis): Developing
the criteria for
selecting the maintenance or reliability improvement initiatives that will have the
largest profitability impact. |
 | Supply Chain Analysis: Predicting the impact of real-world
unpredictability on all or part of a supply chain. A supply chain analysis
results in a realistic evaluation of how product allocation, inventory strategy,
production schedule, or product mix will impact throughput, inventory, order lead times,
and profitability. |
