Profit Driven Reliability Model Pricing
The Tier 1 Service deliverable is a Profit Driven Reliability Model ready for you to input your reliability and maintainability data. Pricing for Profit Driven Reliability Models range from $100 to over $1000. Current pricing starts at $100 for a PDR Basic Toolkit (Equipment in a single operating area with no storage).  | In-process buffers (Tanks): For each in-process storage tank or buffer, add $300 to the price of the PDR Basic Toolkit. Buffers require both an upstream and downstream operating area. Consequently, adding a buffer requires adding another operating area. |
| Operating areas: For each additional operating area (either in parallel or series) add $500 to the price of the PDR Basic Toolkit |
| Process complexity: Process complexity includes adding special operations logic such as blending rules, operating rules for multi-component processes, supply chain logic for raw material acquisition or product distribution, etc. You need to contact me for pricing. |
The Tier 1 deliverables does not include user support; however there is an on-line video library to assist you. We also offer on-site training. A one day workshop is $3000 plus travel costs. The workshop covers all of topics in the on-line video training library in more detail and is personalized for your data and system. This workshop introduces how to create model input from your data. Depending upon the background and experience of the workshop participants, one day may not be sufficient may not be sufficient to develop the required proficiency. In this case we can expand the one-day workshop to three-days in order to develop the required proficiency. The cost of the three day workshop is $9000 plus travel costs.
You can purchase a PDR Basic Toolkit online. To obtain an expanded toolkit you need to send me a sketch of the manufacturing site. The sketch should only show the following

All tanks and operating areas should be labeled with a name. The name should not exceed 16 characters, including blank spaces.
