Tier 2 Service Details

Tier 2 services provides a model with training and user support for those who want a tool ready for analysis.  We deliver a model complete with data, train you in its use, and provide user support during initial use.  

The price for Tier 2 services are based on the Tier 1 price plus the additional cost for creating input from your uptime database,  delivering on-site training, and providing user support during initial use.  The pricing for Tier 2 service assumes that you have an uptime database that can be exported to Excel (format in Excel does not matter).  An uptime database contains information about production losses (when did the incident start, when did it end, how much production was loss, what was the cause of the production loss).   Those without an uptime database should contact me about pricing for Tier 2 Service.

Tier 2 service pricing¹ is Tier 1 price plus $15,000.  This price includes data analysis and input for a single operating area, an on-site workshop, and user phone support during the first 30 days following the delivery of a model.  Data analysis and input for additional operating areas is $3000 per operating area.

The Tier 2 price includes a one day workshop. The workshop covers all of topics in the on-line video training library in more detail and is personalized for your data and system.  This workshop introduces how to create model input from your data.  Depending upon the background and experience of the workshop participants, one day may not be sufficient may not be sufficient to develop the required proficiency.  In this case we can expand the one-day workshop to three-days in order to develop the required proficiency.  The additional cost associated with expanding the one-day workshop to three-days is $6000.
