Identifying and prioritizing improvements

A site was failing to deliver additional capacity through reliability improvements of existing process despite improvements in several manufacturing areas. Obviously the site was not selecting the improvements that offered the largest productivity gain. A RonaMax model provided the engineers a tool to select and prioritize improvement tasks based on productivity improvements. Using the model, the site was able to identify a reliability improvement project that ultimately increased production by 10%.
