Director of maintenance and reliability for a mult-site business was struggling to implement a global maintenance excellence initiative.  Implementation required executive approval of the needed resources.  The maintenance cost savings alone were not a compelling enough argument for the investment.  Using business financial statements, RonaMax developed and presented the business case for the initiative.   Providing a complete picture of the profitability opportunity  resulted in executive commitment to fund the maintenance initiative.
